Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Responsibility for Company and Product Information

1. Vendors must ensure that all company and product information is accurate, complete, and kept up to date from the moment of registration.
2. Vendors must not submit misleading, false, or deceptive information.
3. Vendors are responsible for reviewing and correcting any information displayed on their profile.

2. AI‑Generated Content

1. Some content on vendor pages may be generated automatically using AI.
2. Before a vendor registers and claims their company, a disclaimer is displayed to indicate that certain information may have been generated by AI.
3. Vendors are not responsible for AI‑generated content prior to registration.
4. Once a vendor registers and claims their company, the disclaimer is removed, and the vendor becomes fully responsible for verifying, correcting, and maintaining the accuracy of all content on their page.

3. Intellectual Property for Vendor Content

1. Vendors retain ownership of all content they submit.
2. By submitting content, vendors grant Fintech Benchmark a non‑exclusive licence to publish, display, distribute, and use that content on the website and related services.
3. Vendors must ensure that their content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Prohibited Content

Vendors must not submit or upload any content that includes:

1. Unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory material
2. Content that infringes the rights of others
3. Malicious code, harmful scripts, or security‑threatening material
4. Misleading, inaccurate, or deceptive information

5. Liability for Vendor Content

1. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide from the moment of registration.
2. Vendors agree to indemnify Fintech Benchmark against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their submitted content, including third‑party complaints or legal actions.

6. Our Rights

Fintech Benchmark reserves the right to:

1. Edit, remove, or refuse any content that breaches these Terms or may harm the website or its users
2. Suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate these Terms
3. Take action to protect the integrity, security, and reputation of the platform

7. Termination

1. Accounts may be suspended or terminated if a vendor breaches these Terms or if their content poses a risk to the website, users, or third parties.
2. Upon termination, vendor content may be removed or retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in UK courts.

9. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR Notice)

1. Processing of personal data submitted by vendors is governed by our Privacy Policy.
2. Vendors can exercise their GDPR rights (access, correction, deletion, etc.) by contacting our privacy team at info@fintechbenchmark.com
3. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that any personal data they submit about employees, clients, or third parties complies with GDPR.
